- Practise in the club (Stretching, relaxation, warm-up)

- Practise in the pool (diving and swimming technique, rescue and  assistance with BO and LMC, classes in statics (STA) and dynamics (DYN)).

- Practise in open water  (diving and swimming technique, rescue and assistance with BO and LMC, classes in dynamics (CWT)) to a depth of 20 meters. (Maximum depth for students under the age of 15 during all training dives is 12 meters).

Requirements for students:

- Minimum age : 12 . (Maximum depth for students under the age of 15 during all training dives is 12 meters)
