Thanks to nitrox your no decompression time under the water increases. You can spend more time than air divers. Nitrox is highly  recommended for repetitive dives. Thanks to higher content of oxygen in nitrox, bottom time can increase 200% comparing to air dives. Comfort of diving with those mixtures is worth investment! This training despite of recreational character is treated as first step in technical and deep diving.

Nitrox training consists of two theoretical meetings (about two hours) in Tryton Diving Centre. It is also possible to make the whole training in one day.
