Wyprawa Nurkowa Bali Indonezja

T115

Bali is a small Indonesian island that attracts not only with its unique nature with lush vegetation, picturesque lakes and rice terraces, but also the great kindness of its residents, tasty Balinese cuisine and a very interesting culture.
Lovers of sightseeing will find here many mystic temples, and lovers of sea bathing - sandy beaches with crystal clear water. In combination with the phenomenal underwater world, which contains interesting forms of reefs and numerous sea animals, Bali is ideal for any type of tourist that is chilled with the European climate of autumn.

The island of Bali is one of the 17 thousand islands that make up the Republic of Indonesia, it lies in the middle of the so-called coral triangle - a place with the greatest diversity of marine life. Few places in the world offer such great diving conditions as Bali. We will meet here beautiful and healthy coral reefs, wrecks, vertical walls, underwater canyons and caves. The water temperature ranges from 26 to 29 degrees in most coastal Bali waters :)
October is a good time for a trip to this part of the world, because there is a high probability of meeting underwater giants - manta. In Bali, you can also find sharks, turtles, flocks of tuna and numerous macro animals appearing there.
The October trip is addressed to scuba divers, but also those who do not dive. Everyone will be able to find something for themselves.
The specificity of that region is not only what is under water. It also includes beaches, terraces of rice fields and numerous temples, which are an ideal proposition for those who do not like underwater trips.

We chose the most interesting viewpoints, nature and monuments that can be visited in Bali. For two weeks, stopping at various places, we will try to introduce the island of Bali from the best side.

We start our trip with a flight to Bali. We are staying for one night in one of the resorts in the south of Bali Besakih Beach hotel. In the morning we leave the diving equipment in the lobby of the resort and we are going on a tour of several days around Bali.
The first attraction on our route will be Tegalalang rice terraces - one of the most picturesque rice fields. Currently, the area of cultivation is not only for farmers, but also cultural heritage organizations supporting their uniqueness. Then we go to the Gunung Kawi Temple at Sebatu, a small temple, from which the base is struck by a sacred source. Somewhat later, Tirta Empul, a place where in the same way as in the previous temple, a holy source is struck, with the fact that this one is bigger and there are often ceremonies of purification that we can witness with a little luck. We finish the day by staying at the hotel Lake View hotel with an unbelievable view of the volcano.

The next day we reduce the number of temples visited :) and put on a bit more nature. We start the day very early because at 4:00 in the morning! After discussing the rules, we are going on a mountain trip. We have to overcome about 2 kilometers under a sharp slope, but with numerous places to rest. At about 6:00 we should be at the top of the volcano enjoying the amazing views of the area, sunrise at a camping breakfast with a coffee or tea in hand :) On the way back we will choose another road, equally picturesque, but not so tiring. People for whom the proposed plan is too demanding may rest at the resort during this time. After a very ambitious morning of transport and relax at Toya Bungkah hot spring, a little later trip to the Tegenungan waterfall. Accommodation in Tjampuhan Ubud.
In Ubud we slow down the pace :) We start from a trip to the picturesque Bedugul. A region often used in postcards from Bali. A bit later, a transfer to the Tanah Lot Temple, located on the seafront. Access to it is only at the low tide stage. A little later Jatuiluwih with amazing rice fields inscribed in the UNESCO heritage. Accommodation in Strawberry Hill.

The morning transfer to the Bedugul area begins with a bicycle tour :) Through the village of Wanagiri, a forest full of monkeys, along the lakes Buyan and Tamblingan we will drive at a slow pace of about 1.5 hours. Somewhat later on foot through the rain forest, about 1.5 hours, until finally we reach the temple of Ulun Danu and transfer to a wooden catamaran, which, by sailing for about 45 minutes, will end the day. The views and forest adventure will be remembered for a long time. The route will not be technically difficult but very picturesque!
Accommodation in Tjampuhan Ubud.
We start the day with a ride to the Ayung River. This time we offer rafting about 9 kilometers by river class II. It is a route with numerous ravines and scenic places. While sailing on large pontoons with the company of professional guides, we will flow through the tropical forest, rice fields and surrounding villages. Super impression in a controlled edition guaranteed!
After an exciting rafting - lunch break. A bit later, a transfer to Kuta with a coffee break on one of the terraces, where we will enjoy great views while drinking coffee. In the evening we return to our first resort  Besakih Beach hotel , where the next day after breakfast, we take the equipment and go to Candidasan with a plan of 5 days diving. In Candidasan we will be accommodated in the charming boutique Resort Benthos. Candidasan is a quite quiet peaceful town. Its location will allow us to reach most of the best Bali diving sites as quickly as possible. Although Bali is crowded and quite difficult to travel on it, Candidasan is the place from which trips to the diving sites are the shortest.
The plan for the next days is: breakfast, transfer to the dive site, two dives with a break for a snack, rest and return to the resort lunch (included in the price). In the afternoon, relax by the pool or quick excursions to the beaches and the city.
During the next 5 days we would like to dive on the wreck Liberty, Manta Point on Nusa Penida and several more diving places of the region.
In Bali, we will dive from a large diving boat, small Balinese boats and shore, depending on the specificity of the dive site and the possibility of getting there. In this area you can expect large coral gardens, large schools of fish, large and small ones, and meetings with manta rays and Mola Mola. Come the latter less often visit Bali in October, manta are regulars:)
We strongly believe that the trip program will satisfy even those more demanding. We've tried to keep the plan tight without any room for boredom, BUT! with a suitable place to rest.
Maybe we wrote a little about rest in the program, but there will also be time for that :)
